I was with you til you said the firewall was to be configured on the SharePoint server.

I've setup SharePoint environments before where there was an internal IP, used for SQL, and an external IP used for web site access (or Internet/Extranet) functionality. But for that scenario the firewall should be on a server between the external IP adapter and the client, not on the SharePoint box. There is also no need to configure routing.
没有路由和防火墙，只需调整IIS绑定即可使Web应用程序仅使用外部IP.
Without the routing and firewall its simply a matter of adjusting the IIS bindings for the Web apps to use the external IP only.
