We have two SharePoint servers with ADFS claims authentication used. One 2010 and another 2013. They use pretty similar though different ADFS servers to access same AD repository. When assign rights for user by email in SharePoint 2010 we receive the following claim encoded:

Why in first case it is treated as "identyty type" but in second as "custom type"? Does it matter anyway?
