I have registered a domain name and got that domain to redirect to my azure hosted website
How do I get the website to use my domain for its base of its URLs?

It turns out that this is not available on the free website version - only on the standard or higher options.
So - for me - its actually make the website first and only then decide if its worth paying for the vanity URL ;-)
