我无法在sharepoint 2013中将任何自定义Web部件添加到母版页

我创建了一个简单的Web部件（沙盒解决方案和服务器场解决方案），它显示了简单的hello world消息，之后我部署了这个wsp，之后我尝试通过设计器将相同的Web部件添加到母版页但是没有任何事情发生在我添加网页部分意味着既没有添加网页部分也没有显示任何错误信息，所以我怎么能实现这个？

i have created one simple web part(both sandbox solution and farm solution as well) which shows simple hello world message and after this i have deployed this wsp and after that i tried to add same web part to master page through designer but there nothing happened when i added web part means neither web part added nor any error message shown,so how i can achieve this??
