After setting all Shared Query folder permissions to allow my user to copy a folder of Shared Queries, I am only able to copy the folder from an instance of Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 IDE, but cannot do the same using Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 IDE, or 2017.

Can anyone explain why this may be the case? I know I have all permissions set correctly because I can do the copying in one version of VS, but not another.
