安装Project Server 2010 SP1后，PWA无法正常工作

I have installed this SP1 on a Win Server 2008 R2 64bit machine where SP 2010 and PS 2010 was already running having Feb 2010 CU for Project Server 2010. When i installed SP1 and then tried to open my PWA the following error displayed on the web browser:
The databases are out of the range of compatibility, upgrade your databases.
