面对SharePoint 2013中的问题用户个人资料同步未获取更改/新建/现有来自SharePoint中Active Directory的用户。

Facing the issue in SharePoint 2013 User Profile Sync not picking up changes / New / Existing users from Active Directory in SharePoint.

请告诉我们如何解决或找到问题的根本原因，如何查找特定于此问题的日志。
