I'm afraid you used a file of Visual Studio 2013 Update 5, instead of VS 2013 with Update 5.
i.e. it doesn't include Visual Studio 2013 itself, does include only Update 5.
Or DVD is corrupted.

Could you provide file list in your DVD? (insert a screenshot or text made by cmd.exe: dir > c:\temp\dir.txt)
