SharePoint Online远程事件接收器需要使用Provider Hosted应用程序托管，并且应用程序需要使用Azure Web App客户端ID和秘密进行部署。
SharePoint Online remote event receiver needs to hosted with Provider Hosted app and the app needs to deploy with Azure Web App Client Id and secret.
