无法在Windows 10上安装VS Community

I have a Windows 10 PRO Desktop PC, fully updated, no hardware problems. Intel Core i7-4770 CPU, 16 GB memory, 64-bits.

I am not a  pro-softwaredeveloper. I use VS to develop some home-used desktop applications.

I had installed VS on my computer, but due to an harddisk error i had to made a clean install of windows.

当我尝试在PC上安装VS Community时，它似乎单击下载的文件后立即崩溃.

When i try to install VS Community on my PC it (seems to) crashes immediatly after clicking the downloaded file.

I only see for a very brief moment (less then 1s) the splash screen and then I am forwarded to my browser which opens:

I've tried several thing like download the ISO-file vs2015.com_enu.iso and mount it into a virtual drive. Same problem.

I've also tried to use the LOG-tool (collect.exe). After download i ran it, but it seems not to have created a logfile.
