我是一名计算机网络学生。但我不是编码专家。我是硬件方面。但我精通服务器操作系统，特别是微软。



我必须开发一个软件，通过局域网（以及通过互联网，如果可能的话）访问另一个园区的服务器，以监控安装在Microsoft服务器2008 R2中的软件。



我们可以在其他微软操作系统中使用相同的软件，如Windows 8，Windows7等



我们必须打开它通过Web浏览器，以便它可以从所有平台中获取，包括Windows，Macos，Linux，android，ios等。



我认为我们可以使用java这个或HTML5的脚本。

I am a computer network student.But I am not expert in coding.I am into hardware side.But I am well versed in Server operating systems especially from microsoft.

I have to develop a software that will access the server which is in the other campus through lan (and also through internet,if possible),to monitor a software installed there in the Microsoft server 2008 R2.

And we can use the same software in other microsoft operating systems,like Windows 8,Windows7 etc

We have to open it through a Web browser,so that it can be acessed from all platforms,including windows,Macos,Linux,android ,ios etc.

I think we can use java scripts for this or HTML5.

Sorry,I dont know about programming.

Please help me..in this matter.
