Windows 10移动版 - 非MS应用程序无法打开

所有我的非Microsoft 第三方应用程序在2018年1月24日左右突然停止工作。"正在加载......"页面出现但应用程序无法打开。重新启动或执行软重置无济于事。

Hello.
All my non-Microsoft 3rd party apps suddenly stopped working on about 24 January 2018. The "Loading..." page appears but the apps do not open. Restarting or doing a soft reset does not help.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
