加密解密视频电影
问题描述：
我有一个使用videofile.wmv的项目，因为用户可能会滥用我想对电影进行加密的电影

I have a project which use a videofile.wmv,because the user might abuse the film I want to encrypt the film
then added this encrypted videofile to the project now the film name is videofile.bin
1- is there is any way to convert from .bin to .wmv
2- what is the best way to encrypt the videofile then decrypt it.
