RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [R=301,L]
删除的index.php：
Remove "index.php":
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} /index.php HTTP
RewriteRule (.*)index.php$ /$1 [R=301,L]
