设置Table properties的属性中OWNER 为NONE，生成的时候就不会带有用户名了。

你这种像是从PL/SQL从ORACLE中弄来的，Powerdesigner默认建表的话好像是没有的。

或者直接删除PowerDesigner中的USER信息，生成SQL时就不会有问题了。
