无法部署到手机DEP0001：意外错误：-2147483638

问题描述：

在部署到我的手机时开始收到上述错误。有谁知道可能导致它的原因？十六进制值0x8000000A但我找不到与手机相关的任何内容。

Started getting the error above when deploying to my phone. Anyone know what might be causing it? Hex value 0x8000000A but I couldn't find anything relevant to phones.
