扩展ASP.NET CreateUserWizard控件

我正在使用成员资格控件来实现身份验证和授权.我已通过runnig aspnet_regsql实用程序在SQL Server 2008中为成员资格控制启用了自己的数据库.
默认情况下，它具有用户名，电子邮件，密码，确认密码....
我的老板要求我在现有成员身份控件中添加一些额外的字段，例如电话号码"，地址".
我应该对数据库表和前端进行什么类型的更改以实现目标.
请在这方面帮助我.

I am using membership controlls to implement Authantication and authorization. I have enabled my own DB in SQL Server 2008 for membership Controlls by runnig aspnet_regsql utility.
By Default it has username,Email,password,confirm passord ....
My Boss has asked me to add some extra fields like Phone No, Address in existing membership Controlls.
What type of Changes should I made to Database tables and at front End to implement the goal.
Please help me in this regards.
