Hi, I just published a little app, Solar Time (www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/solar-time/9p9v6l23kwbb), with Windows 10 / Windows 8.1 (Desktop) / Windows 8.1 Phone packages. The Windows 10 and Windows Phone 8.1 stores show the app just fine and I've been able to install the app on a Windows 10 tablet and my personal Windows 8.1 phone just fine. However when I go to my old Windows 8.1 machine when I bring up the web page and it automatically launches the Windows Store, my app isn't there. Even when I search for it, it's not there.

I tried on our Windows 8.1 desktop and didn't see your app from Windows Store either.

I think the fastest way to figure out what is happening is to create a support ticket through your developer account so that your specific app can get reviewed.
