找到数据传输代理的解决方案

我是学生，我想在客户端请求视频或视频通信时找到数据传输代理的解决方案/软件，它会自动将请求发送给代理，然后代理将请求发送给视频服务器;当视频服务器返回视频时，它会自动将视频发送到代理，代理可以处理这些数据包（此操作是可选的），例如丢失数据包和向客户端发送视频。谢谢!!!
I'm a student, I want to find a solution/software of data transfer proxy when client requests a video or video communication, it sends the request to proxy automatically and then the proxy sends the request to a video server; when video server return the video, it will sends the video to proxy automatically, and proxy could deal with these packets (this action is optional) such as lose packets and send video to client. Thank you!!!
