I am attempting to migrate a Visual Studio 2013 solution to 2017. After I open the solution and it loads the projects, it stops responding and freezes there. I have tried repairing the 2017 installation, deleting the .vs folder, .suo file, and running
in admin, no luck there. Creating a solution in 2017 and opening it works as expected. What is going on here?
Update: I was able to successfully load it in safemode, and after that one load it now works on a normal startup as well.
