CDMA模块发彩信，服务器返回HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error解决方法

CDMA模块发彩信，服务器返回HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
用http发送彩信，收到“HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error”的错误，请问这是由http头的出错引起的，还是彩信头出错引起的？
请高手指点一下！
我的http头是：
POST http://mmsc.vnet.mobi HTTP/1.1
