I have an App on Google Play that has been unpublished for 8 months now. Today I received a warning regarding the advertising ID in the developer console, since the unpublished app uses an old startApp SDK.

We appreciate the feedback regarding Google Play Policies and Guidelines. You shouldn't have to update the app if you do not plan on publishing it again, however the warning message in the console will only go away once the violating SDK is removed. Please note that you would receive a notification before any action is taken on your app/account.
