每当新电子邮件发送到我的收件箱时，如何让Outlook 2007在计算机屏幕的右上角弹出一个框？我被告知我需要Windows Live Hotmail Plus才能正常工作，这是真的吗？

This probably shouldn't be posted in this forum since it does not have anything to do with Windows Live Development or any development at all.
Anyways, click on the Outlook icon in the system tray then check the Show New Mail Desktop Alert.
