我是创建网站开发的新手，我决定使用visual studio开发以前我用记事本做的事情我觉得在记事本中设计不是很有效
所以我选择了视觉工作室和我不知道vb.net和c＃是否有可能在其中开发html或者我应该学习c＃
I am new to creating website development and i have decided to develop with visual studio previously i was doing with notepad i felt designing in notepad was not effective
so i've chosen visual studio and i don't know vb.net and c# is it possible to develop html in it or i should learn c#
