部署和构建不允许使用vs（单服务器场）

我正在使用单一服务器场（sql，vs和sp on 1计算机进行开发）。每件事都运行正常，因为我重启机器

I am using single farm (sql,vs and sp on 1 machine for development).every thing was working fine ,as I restart machine

so Sharepoint admin and my custom site (team site) starts working but as I try to build and deploy my project it gives me below error

Kindly guide me to resolve this... I have check URL property of my solution ...site address is perfectly fine
