Unable to access farm or Central Admin. Checked IIS and all app pools are up and all services appear to be running. Rebooting all the servers didn't help. Checked event log and found the error "A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. ". This is happening for the SP_PortalAppPool service account as well as the SP_Farm account which I'm assuming is what is causing Central Admin to be down also. When I say "down" I mean I get a blank white page for any sharepoint page on any site collection and I get a 404 error when trying to access central admin. No config changes were made to farm directly but there have been windows updates installed. Thank you in advance for any help provided.
