As Peter Leow suggests, you can share an Access database - but in my experience it's a poor idea that causes more problems than it cures. Access is not a multiuser system, and lacks a lot of "stuff" you need to make it work like one properly.
Do yourself a favour, and use SQL Server instead: it is designed for multiuser and will be a whole lot easier to work with.
