android开发资源无法上载（比如说源代码、内核代码等）

android开发资源无法下载（比如说源代码、内核代码等）
我通过git等指令去获取源代码包，结果总是超时，比如说下面这个
git clone git://android.git.kernel.org/common.gitInitialized empty Git repository in /home/z/桌面/fastboot/common/.git/
android.git.kernel.org[0: 149.20.4.77]: errno=Connection timed out
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection timed out)
z@z-G41MT-S2P:~/桌面/fastboot$ 


请问是什么原因啊？
