Windows Service中的WCF服务配置

I have added the below configuration to my Windows Service.

However, it is not working with this error...There was no endpoint listening at https://mySite.com:443/wsg/Test.svc that could accept the message.

If I debug locally though a Console App in Visual Studio it works fine.
