从您的手机ping Web服务托管计算机。如果ping成功，则连接稳定，否则失败。如果您想要频繁的值，那么在您的移动应用程序中使用计时器并在特定时间间隔内ping Web服务器计算机。
Ping the web service hosted machine from your mobile. If ping success then connection is stable else failed. If u want the value in frequent then use a timer in ur mobile application and ping the web server machine in particular interval.
