在atachment期间重命名该文件

有没有办法重命名文件意味着在附件到outlook期间删除标题中的特殊字符？
我浏览了一个文档，将其添加到sharepoint服务器中。文件标题也添加了，我添加了一个删除特殊字符的功能。但是我想要在浏览的时候把它作为标题给出的名字是什么？
Is there any way to rename the file means i.e. Removing the special characters in title during attachment to outlook?
I browsed one document to add it in sharepoint server.that document title also added, i added a function to remove the special characters. but i want whatever the name i gave it as a title while i browsed?
