Internet Explorer和Flash Player之间的交互

I have Studio 8, with Flash 8, installed. Worked fine. Now though when I use Internet Explorer and go to a site with Flash Video (Youtube, etc) a message pops up saying I either have Javascript turned off or need to install the latest Flash Player. I went under IE Tools, Security Settings, and enable virtually ALL of the scripts. Saved, exited, rebooted. Still doesn't work. Must be an interaction between IE and Flash. Firefox works fine. Help!
