We are planning to upgrade from Project Server 2010 to 2013.

One of the reasons would be that we have continuos failures in the AD synchronization every week, when users leave the organization and the process is unable to process their now inactive accounts in AD. Then we remove the users from the group being synchronized and the process succeeds.

当用户离开组织且AD帐户将无法使用时，Project服务器AD同步将使该帐户在项目服务器中处于非活动状态。
When user leave the organization and AD account will not be available then Project server AD sync will make that Account Inactive in the project server.
理想情况下，一旦用户变为非活动状态，管理员就需要检查用户是否有任何时间表或更新，如果用户没有任何更新/ timehsset然后管理员应该删除用户，否则非活动模式是可以的。
Ideally once user become inactive then administrator need to check if user had any timemheet or updates, If user is not having any updates/timehsset then administrator should delete the user otherwise inactive mode is okay .
