7. the down arrow on the right of each column header on right pannel of windows explorer does not help at all!
8. [BAKSPACE] key does not work as before: must now use [ALT]+[UP], as now it works as [ALT]+[LEFT]
9. mstsc /console does not work anymore: must use /admin
10. HelpCtr.exe does not exist: we cannot browse Support Tools documentation anymore
