I want to make the setup of the project but after instaling the setup will work nicely.The problem is that after that if the file is copied by any one and paste on the other machine then also it work fine.How i can avoid to run the project which is paste by User.

What you need is a licensing option where you have some role on your side for activation (and setup alone with some key would do!).
Probably, a challenge/response mechanism which require an internet connection. This way, once someone installs the setup, he/she can activate it via your webservice/website. You can keep a track of it that it was activated once probably with system ID.
Now, if the user tries to setup the same on other system, in order to activate it, he/she has to again request you for activation - you can check and deny the request now since it was already activated by you for the user on other system.
