问题从MSDN下载特定软件

I am an active MSDN subscriber.  I need to download Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition (English), Disk 1 ISO.  I have been trying on different machines in my organization for weeks.  I always get the same result.  The download hits 87% and then freezes up.  I discussed with my infrastructure and they believe the problem is not on our end.

I am able to download any other software from MSDN with no problem.  Can someone check if there is some problem with this particular download on the Microsoft side?  I have just spent a couple of hours on the phone with various Microsoft support people but they have not been able to help.  So as a last resort they suggested I try posting here.
