We have several clients where we download their performance reports via the API. I have been getting intermittent 500 or 503 errors over the last few days and today cannot connect at all. The API status lists it as working but I cannot connect using any client credentials.

Since 500 is expected, more information could help. Does the issue you observe occur only when downloading the report (using the download Url), or you cannot even get a response from SubmitGenerateReport?

I am not able to repro any issues with reporting, so it may be temporary or intermittent. I will contact the feature team in case there are any known issues ongoing.
