iOS 获取图片名字, 本地图片存储, 删除.

问题描述：

用相机拍照, 以时间戳命名图片存储至本地文件中. 然后取出文件下所有拍照的图片. 如何获取图片的名字?(我要做到拍完相机存储本地, 取出所有图片,根据图片名字获取本地图片进行删除)

以时间戳作为图片的名字存，就根据时间戳取啊。可以存的时候将名字保存起来。
