Mac系统 如何打开TNS listener 服务？
问题描述：
项目启动不起来 报如下错误：
1. 这个问题在Windows系统直接打开 oracle 的 TNS listener 监听服务就行。
2. 这个问题在mac 系统不知到怎么解决？还请各位给个指点，应该也是打开监听服务，但是我不知道怎么打开
