I Have a requirement of Accessing our internal server (Private IP) from DMZ server.
Can we use IIS to work as Dispatcher for DMZ server to access internal resources (Without hosting application on DMZ server) or any open source tool is required.

Obviously network communications between LAN and DMZ are somewhat blocked by any kind of firewall.
Allowing this access requires you to ask for that to the one who is responsible for the firewall configuration.
