dump文件是8K的，你的xp上的sybase页面大小为2k。必须相同页面大小的才能load上。

你原机上是 8192 ，本机上是 2048
主要是这个原因，和你的正版关系不大。

1，重新安装sybase数据库，设置页面大小为8k；或者新建数据库服务
2，通过bcp导入数据
