我在wordpress中使用HTML表单，通过它我们可以将数据保存到数据库。我不知道什么是错误的代码，每当我提交或刷新我的页面时，添加到表格中的数据会自动空白或重复任何人告诉我如何防止这种情况？ 我的代码在这里
I am using an HTML form in wordpress by which we can save the data to database. i dont know whats wrong with that code whenever i submit or refresh my page the data added to the table automatically blank or duplicate anyone tell me how to prevent from this? My code is here
