Io 异常: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection (1)
在最近的项目中碰到一个问题就是我在执行Junit时候，后台报如下的错误：

org.springframework.jdbc.UncategorizedSQLException: SqlMapClient operation; uncategorized SQLException for SQL []; SQL state [null]; error code [17002];

--- Cause: java.sql.SQLException: Io 异常: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection; nested exception is com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException:

当看到了<The error occurred while executing update. --- Check the SQL Statement (preparation failed). 如是想到是不是SQL的问题，如是琢磨着到了Ibatis的配置文件中检查。发现我的SQL语句是不存在问题的(单独的拿出来发到PL-SQL中执行的时候是OK的)，SQL如下：
