We have around 500 lists and library in the SharePoint online site and 200 unique users, now we have a requirement to get the list of the library data based on login users access.

建议使用Content Search Web部件.在这里，可以将结果类型过滤到列表/库"，并且默认情况下，所有结果都经过安全修剪.
Recommend using Content Search Web Part for the same. Here the result types can be filtered to Lists/Libraries and all results by default are security trimmed.
