Are you trying to say that you want to merge two technologies in same project as in if you are working in asp.net, you want to have a class written in php be used in that project and vice versa. If that is what you are trying to say then please be aware that php is a open source scripting language and asp.net is web development framework provided by microsoft under .net framework, so there is no way that you can do that
