问题描述：
我有一个Windows窗体，在Upload_Click事件上，它应该上传到数据库中，并且在同一事件中，我们应该能够看到它的预览.如果有人要下载它，那么在上传简历后，下载按钮将被启用并应下载.(在Windows应用程序中).
I have a windows form,On the Upload_Click event it should upload in database,and on the same event we should be able to see it''s preview.And if anyone want to download it then after uploading the resume,download button will be enable and should be download.(in windows application).
