从数据库中检索文件路径

实际上我必须通过浏览按钮选择发烧友，当我点击上传按钮时，这些音频文件应该保存在数据库中，同时它们应该以网格视图显示文件名和下载链接按钮。现在，当我点击这个下载链接按钮时，文件应该下载到我的应用程序所在的文件夹。我能够在数据库和网格视图中显示我的文件名，但我无法获取文件路径。我怎么能得到文件路径。

Actually i have to choose an audiophile by browsing with browse button and when i click on upload button those audio files should be saved in database and at the same time they should be displayed in grid view with file name and download link button.Now when i click on this download link button the files should be downloaded to the folder where my application is present.I am able to display my file name in database and grid view but i am unable to get the file path.How can i get the file path.
