使用http：//www.yourname .com而不是http：// localhost / [ ^ ]

I am change the domain name in my system with the help of the following link

Using http://www.yourname.com instead of http://localhost/[^]

it's working fine in my system only. It's not working in some other system in LAN.

I need to access my website in some other system in LAN (ex:www.mysite.com instead of http//:198.0.0.1/mypage.aspx).
