如何使用DataGridView控件事件并在Wcf中执行mathametical操作？

在该数据网格视图中Ex：我的格式类似于列的详细信息，未解决的问题，总计，退货，销售金额最后添加。

在这些列中，用户只输入销售和发行中的数据当发布列单元格文本更改时，总列单元格中将显示总计（总计=打开+发布）。

当用户输入退货时，销售将显示在销售栏目单元格中（sale = Issue-Return）;

金额将显示在金额列中（Amt = Sale * Particlurs）在Particulars我希望ComboBox的值为ex：10,154,96,16 ...

最后添加列单元格（+）按钮将显示，当用户单击按钮时然后下一行将被创建这是我的格式..请问有人请帮我解决我的特殊格式请先生/女士们....

In That Data Grid view Ex: i am having Format Like Columns Particulars,Open Issue, Total,Return,Sale Amount Finally Add.
In Those columns user only enters the data in sale and issue then total will be appeared(total=open+issue) in total column cell when issue column cell textchanged.
When user enters the return then sale wil be displayed in sale column cell like (sale=Issue-Return);
The amount Will be displayed in Amount Column That is like (Amt=Sale*Particlurs)In Particulars i want ComboBox in that values are ex:10,154,96,16...
Finally Add Column Cell (+)Button will apear and when user clicks the button then next row will be created this is my format.. Will you people please help to me give an answer to my paricular format please sirs/ madams....
