在SQL LInked服务上导入ARM失败

已删除的管道ARM我正在重新导入.但是它在SQL链接服务上一直失败，并且另一个链接服务动态没有问题.知道怎么了.
是自动红外.

Deleted Pipeline ARM i am importing back. But it's keep on failing on SQL linked Service and another linked service dynamic has no issue. Any idea what's wrong.
